Temperament: I reserve the right to refuse to groom aggressive or difficult pets. A soft muzzle may be used if necessary - please advice of any behavioral issues before grooming begins.
Health: It is important that you let me know of any health concerns your pet may have, including arthritis, diabetes, epilepsy, allergies and skin conditions. Your pets welfare is my priority.
Mattered Coats: Severe matting can cause skin irritation after grooming. It is your duty of care to look after your dogs coat between grooming appointments to minimize matting. Should a vet be required due to irritation or infection under severe matting - you agree to incur these costs.
Payment: Full payment is expected on the day of your appointment, you can pay via cash or direct transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Should you fail to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation - a $25 fee with be charged before your appointment will be rescheduled. If you have confirmed an appointment and are not home when i arrive you will be billed for the full grooming session as quoted.
